Home Architecture will serve two functions along the same lines. First, the Company will seek out properties that it will purchase with the intention of complete renovation and sale of said properties. Second, the Company will offer both architecture and construction services to residential and commercial properties in South Florida.

These properties will be located through real estate brokers and through the attendance of auctions. Home Architecture will seek out properties that are in need of large amounts of rehab/construction. It will utilize its management’s expertize and buying ability to complete work and resell the property. These activities will allow the Company to build its portfolio of work within the local market.

Aside from making these purchases, the Company will also provide architectural and construction services to the local market. The Company will offer a full suite of design and construction services including:

• Architectural Design

• Renderings

• All aspects of construction

• Permitting

• Management of subcontractors

These services will be provided through the expertise of the management and use of top-notch subcontractors within the South Florida area.
